Did you know? After the dotted root-mouth jellyfish and the fluorescent comb jellyfish, the Warnemünde Hotel Neptun now has a new godchild at Rostock Zoo: the long-snouted seahorse, lat. hippocampus reidi. We are very happy about our new family member and have already taken him very much to our hearts. And the best thing is: there really are seahorses in the Baltic Sea. We think that's great, because our employees feel a close connection to the sea due to their proximity to the water. That's why our animal sponsorship should definitely be a sea creature.
